Please pay from this invoice. If no payment terms are noted, then payment is due on receipt. Interest will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on all past due invoices. Seriously delinquent invoices will be placed for collection. Customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees and all other costs of collection. We accept checks, all major credit cards, ACH transfers and Venmo. Please make checks payable to Culture Works LLC. A 2.5% fee will be added for credit card payments. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom printed apparel that has been pre-approved. All claims for misprints, damaged goods or shortages on this invoice must be made within 30 days from the invoice date.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped UPS. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
